Adolescence is an important moment in the faith life!  It is at this moment of their lives as they emerge into adulthood that they need to bind themselves ever closer to the connections they have with Catholicism. “the chance of a young person continuing to practice Catholicism into emerging adulthood depends to a large extent on his or her connections to Catholicism (through relationships, practices, and identity) during adolescence.

Youth bring vibrancy to the Church! We need their energy, enthusiasm, and creativity! They have to be guided to use their gifts for the community and church.

Youth deserve the best we have! “You, dear young [person], have you ever felt the gaze of everlasting love upon you, a gaze that looks beyond your sins, limitations and failings, and continues to have faith in you and to look upon your life with hope?” Pope Francis

 What is HNM Youth Group and how can it help the youth?

For the youth of HNM we propse:
A monthy young adult mass and social time

Monthly spiritual developement with question and answer talks followed by social time

Monthly community service ( Food Pantry, reach out to sick and elderly ect..) 

Church Holiday Parties ( Easter, Christmas, St Patrick's Day ect..)

Inviting Speakers to speak on relationships, decision making, love and disipline, responsibility values and moral strength.
